What is a Managed IT Service?

How does flat-rate billing work?

Our service model uses a fixed monthly fee based on the size and complexity of your network. Once contracted, your Managed IT services cover maintenance and support for every component — giving you peace of mind and the ability to accurately forecast IT maintenance costs.

What if I don't need the full package?

No problem. We offer scalable solutions tailored to meet your specific needs. Whether you want a full package of managed IT and consulting, security solutions, or service-desk support, we make it simple with an affordable, customized flat-rate plan.

What about antivirus and security software?

First and foremost, you never want to go without security protection. Free antivirus has very low detection rates. Give us a call and we'll be happy to walk you through the latest security software we recommend and deploy for clients — covering spyware, malware, and virus protection.

Can you support us remotely?

Yes. We can log in to your PC or server remotely and resolve many issues immediately — without the wait for a technician to travel to your location. When an on-site visit is genuinely needed, we schedule it.
